ANSWER No, access to BMT-OnLine will be limited to authorized professionals that purchase mill quantities of Steel Tubing or Pipe.
Q. Can I release an order for shipment even if I did not place the order online?
ANSWER Yes, BMT-OnLine contains a powerful load building application that allows you to easily select the items you want to ship regardless of how the orders were placed.
Q. Do I have to place orders online to use BMT-OnLine?
ANSWER No, we have designed BMT-OnLine to be a powerful yet easy to use tool. You may use this tool in the manner you find most beneficial. It contains a myriad of helpful features including the ability to check inventory, obtain pricing, retrieve and print documents as well as the ability to check your order status, schedule shipments and more all with a few simple clicks of your mouse.
Q. How long does it take to activate my BMT-OnLine account?
ANSWER If you are a current Bull Moose Tube® customer, your BMT-OnLine account will be activated within 1 business day. Should you be applying for a new account it should not take more than two business days.
Q. What documents are available to download?
ANSWER You may choose to download mill test certificates, bill of lading shipping documents, order acknowledgements and invoices.
Q. What if I make a mistake and place an order incorrectly?
ANSWER No problem, you may change or delete your selections at any time prior to submitting your order. Once you have submitted your order if a change is necessary you will need to contact your Bull Moose Tube® Sales Professional.
