Can I release an order for shipment even if I did not place the order online?
Yes, BMT-OnLine contains a powerful load building application that allows you to easily select the items you want to ship regardless of how the orders were placed.
   
What documents are available to download?

You may choose to download mill test certificates, bill of lading shipping documents, order acknowledgements and invoices.
   
How long does it take to activate my BMT-OnLine account?
If you are a current Bull Moose Tube customer, your BMT-OnLine account will be activated within 1 business day. Should you be applying for a new account it should not take more than two business days.
   
Can anyone register for BMT-OnLine?
No, access to BMT-OnLine will be limited to authorized professionals that purchase mill quantities of Steel Tubing or Pipe.
   
What if I make a mistake and place an order incorrectly?
No problem, you may change or delete your selections at any time prior to submitting your order. Once you have submitted your order if a change is necessary you will need to contact your Bull Moose Tube Sales Professional.
