TOM MODROWSKI

President & CEO

Tom joined BMT in May of 2020 as its President and CEO.  He brought with him 40 years of industry experience in a wide variety of steelmaking and metal processing environments.  He served as President and/or CEO at a number of metals manufacturing companies – Braidy Industries, Advanced Alloy Processing, Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Esmark Steel Group, and Electric Coating Technologies.  He began his career at U.S. Steel Gary Works and steadily worked his way up the management ranks, culminating with the installation, start-up, and subsequent management of Double Eagle, a U.S. Steel JV Company.  He has served on the boards of Advanced Alloy Processing; Mountain State Carbon, LLC; Wheeling Nisshin, Inc.; Ohio Coatings Company; and Esmark Steel Group.  Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wabash College.

JOHN KRUPINSKI

Chief Financial Officer

John joined BMT in July of 2020 as its CFO.  Immediately prior to arriving at BMT, John was the CEO and CFO at Jame Roll Form Products.  Prior to that, he held metals industry CFO positions at Versatile Processing Group, Esmark, and McCook Metals Group.  His experience in the metals industry was preceded by a number of years in public accounting.  John is a CPA who has earned a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul University.     

KATHLEEN SULLIVAN

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Kathleen first became affiliated with BMT in May of 2020.  In June of 2020 she stepped in as CAO and General Counsel.  Kathleen brought with her almost 30 years of HR, LR and Legal experience, over 20 of those years in the metals industry.  Before coming to BMT she was Vice President-Administration & Counsel for Specialty Steel Works Incorporated.  Prior to that, she was Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Corey Steel Company.  Kathleen began her career in private law practice concentrating in labor and employment law and litigation.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University.

ANDY ANNAKIN

Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer

Andy joined BMT in July of 2020.  He brought with him over 30 years of sales leadership experience in the metals industry. Prior to joining BMT, Andy was Director of Plate Sales at Olympic Steel; VP of Sales & Marketing at CMC Impact Metals; and General Manager of Sales at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel.  His experiences at both mills and distributors has provided him unique insights in building winning partnerships between the two.  Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University.

Tom Greco

Vice President of Operations

Tom joined Bull Moose Tube in 2021 as Plant Manager of BMT’s Elkhart, IN facility.  In 2022 he stepped into the role of Director of Operations – HSS.  He was appointed Vice President of Operations in September of 2023.  Prior to joining Bull Moose Tube, Tom brought with him almost 40 years of broad steel industry experience, most recently as Vice President of Operations at AK Tube.  Tom has an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Electronics Institute in Pittsburgh and, from Point Park University, a BA in Business and an MBA.

JIM FINK

Vice President Technical Services and Continuous Improvement

With Bull Moose, Jim has served as Plant Manager at the Gerald, MO, facility; General Manager of Corporate Engineering; and General Manager of Operations, Continuous Improvement and Engineering.  In 2020 he was appointed Vice President Technical Services and Continuous Improvement.  Jim was introduced to the pipe and tube industry when he joined Maverick Tube in 1989 and worked his way up through the organization in various engineering roles.  Jim also spent five years at Boomerang Tube as General Manager of Engineering.  Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Automated Manufacturing and Robotics from ITT Technical Institute, Indianapolis, IN.
