Bull Moose Tube Acquires Ferrous 85” Co. CHESTERFIELD, Mo., September 2, 2025 (PR NEWSWIRE) — Bull Moose Tube Company (“Bull Moose”) has completed the acquisition of Ferrous 85” Co. (“F85”), a division of Ferragon Corporation. The acquired assets include a major toll processing operation located on Steel Dynamics’ Sinton, Texas campus, immediately adjacent to Bull Moose’s steel pipe and tube mill.
